Summer was short lived. We his 88 Wed, 83 yesterday and then about sundown last evening you could almost hear the thermometer fall right off the wall. 9 am here and it's struggling to keep 45 degrees showing. brr, cloudy, too. Yesterday was 'mother's day' and I managed to get home in time to go the Savannah's choir concert. Daughter Kelley kept seats saved for us right in the front row.

I'm supposed to be painting today. Probably will this afternoon. I got paid yesterday so I have to do the online bill paying exercise.

Everyone have a good day. I have been trying to upload a photo on 'the bucket' and my i'net is so damnably slow it won't go. 'Net has been terribly slow the last few days. I don't know if there is a big update downloading in the background or what. Tried to watch a tv show from the beginning Wed night and it wouldn't go, said out connection was too slow. Always some thing to bitch about. Pretty soon we'll be able Wash our hands of our problems with the bulk rate from Rick on hand cleaner. rolleyes.gif

Have a good day, guys. I'll be off tomorrow early for a trip to Oregon in Grand Rapids, ops at Bruce's.

BE SAFE!!

Good afternoon Karl and the rest of the forumers from sunny and mild
Northeast Ohio, temps in the low 60's today.

My son called last night from Denver and they got about a foot of heavy
wet snow which broke tree limbs and caused a lot of problems. They also
got about 3' up in the mountains and re-opened the ski areas.

Karl, I had a hell of a time last night with photobucket also, I think it is
their system as everything else worked fine. Be prepared for even slower
internet on some items as Trumpkins is disavowing net neutrality and your
provider will sock it to you if they can.

Did some more work on my PS4750 Covered Hopper kit and the ECW ACF1958
Covered Hopper kit along with taking apart a brass PFM WP 2-8-2 to find out
why it won't run.

See you all later!

Rick

G'day all,
Weather here cold and wet
We got the best news this afternoon. We are expecting our first grandchild beginning December.
Did some digging on the Walthers SD70ace's no hoses, grab irons roof array or flashing ditch lights but they do have ditch lights that turn on with separate function. The big one is 4.4 ounce pulling power of proto 2k drive
there is a detail kit available. Decisions decisions. Them or Athearn.
